About the Role

The role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, focused on building high‑quality air‑conditioning units for residential and commercial customers. It offers a safety‑first environment with room for skill development and advancement. The position involves working in a noisy, dusty industrial setting, handling non‑toxic fumes, chemicals, grease and oils, and operating cranes, trucks, and other moving equipment. Physical demands include standing or walking on concrete for long periods, lifting up to 50 lb occasionally, and performing repetitive motions with hands and wrists, as well as working at heights and in confined spaces. • Operate multiple production lines performing spot welding, forklift tasks, painting, foam application, brazing, and machine operation. • Use hand tools (screwdrivers, drills, pliers, banders) to complete assorted duties. • Assist in onboarding and training new team members while following supervision. • Identify and report defective materials; keep work area clean and adhere to safety regulations. • Provide flexible coverage for overtime, shift changes, and occasional Saturday work.

What You Bring

The employee must be competent on at least two production lines and perform duties such as spot welding, forklift operation, material handling, painting, foam application, brazing, and operating various machinery. Additional tasks include using hand tools, assisting in training new hires, reporting defective materials, maintaining a clean work area, and adapting to overtime or shift changes as needed. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, a craft apprenticeship or two years of manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read safety and technical documents. A forklift certification is required (or must be obtained within the first month).
