About the Role

The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities at job sites. This role ensures that work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies. Key duties include enforcing safety policies, leading a team of electricians and laborers, and monitoring project progress to maintain quality and meet deadlines. The supervisor provides technical direction, reviews blueprints and specifications, and coordinates the necessary tools, equipment, and materials. Additional responsibilities involve recommending personnel actions, training new workers, maintaining accurate records, and completing required documentation while traveling to various sites on short notice. • Enforce company safety policies and lead the team in safe work practices. • Supervise electricians and laborers in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems. • Monitor project progress to ensure quality control and timely completion. • Provide technical direction and troubleshoot wiring and system integration issues. • Review blueprints and specifications to determine material needs and scheduling. • Coordinate and procure tools, equipment, and materials for job sites. • Recommend personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, or disciplinary measures. • Train new hires and conduct job‑site orientations. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, inventory usage, and project changes. • Pre‑plan daily activities and complete required employee documentation. • Travel to various job sites on short notice.
