About the Role

What You Bring
Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and while not required, at least one year of industrial painting experience is preferred. Technical qualifications include prior experience in surface preparation and coating application, knowledge of paint equipment such as power washers, grinders, spray booths, spray guns, brushes, and rollers, and a basic understanding of hand and power tools. Ability to operate overhead cranes is required, and electrostatic paint experience is considered helpful. The position demands physical tasks such as climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing for long periods, and occasionally pushing or pulling up to 100 lb with a cart, as well as lifting, holding, gripping objects and repetitive motions. Working conditions include both indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to noise, fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, poor ventilation, and oils. Candidates must pass a pre‑employment medical evaluation and be approved to wear a respirator.
