Job Highlights
About the Role
• Assist daily security operations to ensure professional delivery of services to the port, customers, and users. • Support security management in complying with DP World regulations, ISPS Code, ISO 28000, and other relevant standards. • Hold overall security command responsibilities within assigned area of responsibility. • Monitor performance of World Security and contracted security personnel. • Aid risk identification and management for the port, conduct risk analysis, and provide recommendations. • Conduct daily onsite inspections per checklist, assist in audit reviews, and suggest improvements. • Investigate and resolve security incidents, accidents, and violations, and support incident analysis. • Ensure proper operation, testing, calibration, and maintenance of all security equipment. • Respond to emergencies, anticipate threats, and implement precautionary measures to protect port assets. • Verify that security documents, standards, and professionalism comply with ISPS and ISO requirements.
