About the Role

What You Bring

We are hiring an experienced Project Controls professional for our Melbourne office. The role involves overseeing planning, monitoring, and reporting of project performance across multiple disciplines, and partnering with project managers and stakeholders to drive strategic insights. • Proven experience in project controls on large‑scale infrastructure or construction projects. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Proficiency with Primavera P6, Contruent, and cost management systems. • Strong knowledge of earned value management (EVM) principles. • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑orientation skills. • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, complex stakeholder environments. • Experience with contract management and procurement processes. • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices. • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Demonstrated collaborative teamwork across functions.
