About the Role

The Sr. Inside Sales Representative (also called Sr. Equipment Rental Specialist) serves as the front line for telephone and walk‑in customers, understanding equipment needs, negotiating terms, and placing rental orders. The role may also support dispatch logistics and train other team members.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least three years of equipment‑rental experience (or a four‑year degree plus one year in the industry). Strong customer service and telephone skills, solid computer and administrative abilities, and the ability to complete the DOT qualification process are essential. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or another language is a plus for certain locations. The position requires physical activity such as bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, and work may be performed indoors or outdoors as needed.
