About the Role

A Lead Sales Gallery Coordinator supervises the Sales Gallery Team to create a hospitable, positive, and productive environment for tour guests and the sales staff. The Team Lead trains and supports front‑desk associates at the Lake Tahoe Sales Gallery, ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout the guest experience. • Supervise Sales Gallery team tasks: greet and seat guests, coordinate tours, generate tour sheets, and process gift receipts. • Manage opening and closing of the gallery and assist with front‑desk duties, including Sales Executive rotation. • Prepare and administer gifting for guests. • Request inventory replenishments, track discrepancies, and lead team inventory management. • Conduct interviews and provide 1:1 onboarding and cross‑training for new hires on desk procedures and policies.

What You Bring
