About the Role

• Prepare and file Canadian corporate income tax returns and related information returns, maintaining accurate records. • Assemble quarterly tax provision packages and perform tax account reconciliations. • Calculate income tax instalments and develop tax cash forecasts. • Monitor non‑resident payments, manage withholding tax, and file annual T4A‑NR and NR4 returns. • Collaborate with local finance teams to gather data for tax incentives such as SR&ED and e‑business credits. • Prepare audit documentation and provide support during tax audits. • Stay informed on legislative changes and assess their impact on the organization. • Mentor and support co‑op students and contribute to ad‑hoc tax projects.

What You Bring

This position offers a motivated professional the chance to deepen experience in corporate income tax, accounting, and compliance within a multinational organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager, International Tax Strategy, the role supports Canadian tax functions and contributes to the implementation of tax strategies. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, requiring proactive, detail‑oriented individuals who can manage multiple priorities, build effective relationships across functions, and drive continuous improvement. • Hold a university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field. • Possess at least 8 months of corporate tax (T2) experience and be pursuing or holding a CPA designation. • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot) and experience with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.
