About the Role
• Prepare delicious, visually appealing meals for residents • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times • Assist with serving meals and clearing tables during mealtimes • Clean and sanitize utensils, dishes, kitchen areas, and floors • Communicate menu feedback, concerns, and suggestions with staff and residents • Adhere to infection control, foodborne illness prevention, chemical safety, and fire safety procedures • Help ensure a safe, welcoming dining environment for residents

What You Bring
• Prior restaurant cooking experience (healthcare, senior living, or institutional experience preferred) • Experience with scratch cooking and preparing meals from raw ingredients • Ability to follow standardized recipes, portion control, and special diet requirements • Culinary arts training or ServSafe certification preferred • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and infection control practices • Dependable, team‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced kitchen
