About the Role
We are looking for a Service Engineer (BMS) to make an impact. The role involves preventive maintenance, small‑scale projects, equipment commissioning, warranty support, and maintaining customer relationships while ensuring safety compliance and department objectives. • Perform preventive maintenance and small‑scale BMS projects. • Deliver quality work on time and meet customer expectations for site interventions, repairs, and equipment commissioning. • Provide technical support for warranty requirements. • Maintain strong customer relationships and achieve high satisfaction. • Ensure safety gear and test equipment are maintained and comply with safety policies. • Promote and uphold safety procedures at all times.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will hold a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation or equivalent, and have 2‑4 years of experience with building management systems. Technical skills in problem‑solving, networking, Modbus/BACnet, HVAC, power metering, PLC and SCADA are valued, and fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply. • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation or related field. • 2–4 years of industry experience with building management systems. • Strong technical problem‑solving and solution recommendation skills. • Knowledge of networking, communication protocols (Modbus/BACnet) and IT infrastructure (preferred). • Experience with HVAC, power meters, PLC, and SCADA is a differentiator.
