About the Role

The Sr. Site Supervisor leads total construction effort on large projects of $1M+ cost, overseeing JCI resources and subcontractors to ensure compliance with scope, budget, and schedule. The role coordinates with other contractors, manages site safety, and resolves conflicts to keep projects on track. • Align project objectives with scope, budget, and schedule in coordination with the project team • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality control and scope compliance • Provide regular progress updates for master schedule variance analysis • Act as the project safety program coordinator • Allocate resources with Systems and Services Teams to meet project goals • Resolve site conflicts, sequencing issues, and unforeseen conditions • Manage facility access and maintain appropriate site working environments • Assist the Project Manager in risk management and execution of recovery plans • Ensure project document control complies with contract and construction standards • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, prime contractors, and subcontractors

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred; 7–10 years of project coordination and supervision in commercial/industrial construction • Proven ability to supervise large $1M+ projects and manage diverse, simultaneous challenges • Strong written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels • Proficiency in project management processes and coordination • Ability to travel up to 100% as project assignments require
