About the Role
The technician will service a wide range of door systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently while adhering to preventative maintenance schedules. • Repair/replace ADA operators, manual and swing doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, hollow‑metal, storefront, and automatic folding, swing, and sliding doors. • Perform preventative maintenance on commercial and automatic door systems. • Manage multiple projects while meeting time and budget constraints. • Deliver professional, detail‑oriented service to customers both independently and in a team.

What You Bring
We are hiring an Automatic Door Service Technician. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience installing or servicing automatic doors, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a clean driving record. AAADM certification and experience with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, or Assa Abloy are preferred. Successful candidates demonstrate a positive, professional attitude, work well both independently and as part of a team, pay close attention to detail, and consistently deliver strong customer service in a fast‑paced environment. • Use carpentry skills for partition framing with metal/wood studs and install doors and windows. • Minimum 2 years experience as an automatic door installer or service technician. • Strong mechanical aptitude and carpentry proficiency. • Clean driving record for operating company vehicles. • Positive, professional attitude; thrive in a fast‑paced environment. • AAADM certification preferred. • Experience with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy.
