About the Role

The role involves daily data collection and analytics, creating management reports and delivering stakeholder presentations. It supports Global Real Estate (GRE) key projects and strategic initiatives while providing financial analysis for GRE Transaction Managers worldwide, including business case preparation and cash‑flow modeling. You will maintain standard lease analysis tools such as lease‑vs‑buy, sale‑leaseback, and disposition models within the GRE financial toolkit and develop new analytical tools as needed. Reporting requirements are met by building and maintaining databases, dashboards, and Power BI solutions to track real‑estate portfolio metrics and monitor performance, with monthly quality checks to ensure data accuracy. The position designs and implements standardized GRE templates, tools, and playbooks for stakeholder discussions, and collaborates with finance, accounting, tax, legal, EHS, communications, insurance, and risk teams to ensure compliance with internal policies for all real‑estate projects. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of experience in real‑estate analytics, portfolio management, financial or data analysis, and the ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship.
