Lead Analyst, Global Real Estate

About the Role

The role involves daily data collection and analytics, creating management reports and delivering stakeholder presentations. It supports Global Real Estate (GRE) key projects and strategic initiatives while providing financial analysis for GRE Transaction Managers worldwide, including business case preparation and cash‑flow modeling. You will maintain standard lease analysis tools such as lease‑vs‑buy, sale‑leaseback, and disposition models within the GRE financial toolkit and develop new analytical tools as needed. Reporting requirements are met by building and maintaining databases, dashboards, and Power BI solutions to track real‑estate portfolio metrics and monitor performance, with monthly quality checks to ensure data accuracy. The position designs and implements standardized GRE templates, tools, and playbooks for stakeholder discussions, and collaborates with finance, accounting, tax, legal, EHS, communications, insurance, and risk teams to ensure compliance with internal policies for all real‑estate projects. You will administer the GRE Microsoft Teams site and the real‑estate inbox/calendar as centralized repositories and communication channels, manage vendor or landlord payments and lease‑related issues, and assist GRE managers with Capital Appropriation Requests and ad‑hoc special projects. • Perform daily data collection, analytics, and management reporting. • Provide financial analysis support for GRE Transaction Managers, including business case and cash‑flow modeling. • Maintain and create lease analysis models (lease‑vs‑buy, sale‑leaseback, disposition) within the GRE toolkit. • Build and maintain databases, dashboards, and Power BI reports to monitor portfolio metrics. • Conduct monthly quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Design standardized GRE templates, tools, and playbooks for stakeholder presentations. • Collaborate with finance, accounting, tax, legal, EHS, communications, insurance, and risk teams to ensure policy compliance. • Administer the GRE Microsoft Teams site and real‑estate inbox/calendar as centralized distribution channels. • Manage vendor and landlord payments and resolve lease‑specific issues. • Assist GRE managers with Capital Appropriation Requests and ad‑hoc special projects.

What You Bring

Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of experience in real‑estate analytics, portfolio management, financial or data analysis, and the ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship. Candidates must reside within 50 mi of Beachwood, OH (military members exempt) and possess strong Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and communication skills, with a flexible, adaptable mindset. • Bachelor’s degree required; minimum three years of real‑estate analytics or related experience. • Residency within 50 mi of Beachwood, OH (military exempt) and ability to work without corporate sponsorship. • Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint; strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to ambiguity and change.
