AR Resolution Specialist (CA-Remote)

About the Role

Under general direction, the Accounts Receivable Associate performs routine and non‑routine billing tasks to ensure accurate invoicing and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on handling customer accounts where issues arise, requiring thorough research to resolve discrepancies. Key duties include acting as the escalation point for disputed charges, communicating with internal and external parties, and ensuring account data remains correct. The associate researches and resolves billing questions, determines appropriate adjustment codes, obtains approvals, and posts adjustments in the billing system. They also close non‑payment accounts, schedule container removals when needed, and recommend solutions to improve customer satisfaction while supporting collection and credit teams.
