About the Role

The role manages the efficient flow of inventory from the warehouse to the production floor, ensuring parts are delivered on time and accurately to each production line. The incumbent provides top‑level customer service to the production team, hires and trains staff, evaluates inventory organization for optimal space use, and maintains accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and daily checks. • Deliver parts to production lines on schedule and in an organized manner. • Hire, train, and coach staff while enforcing company policies. • Optimize inventory layout for maximum space utilization. • Sort, stage, and maintain product accurately, conducting daily forklift inspections. • Perform cycle counts and daily checks to keep inventory levels precise. • Label items correctly and place them in designated bin locations. • Reject damaged goods, log non‑conforming products, and manage returns.

What You Bring

A high school diploma or GED and an AAON Forklift Certification are required. The position demands strong leadership, effective written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, multitasking, and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑pressure team environments. The job involves lifting up to 50 lb, sitting or standing for the majority of the shift, and exposure to seasonal temperatures, dust, and occasional chemical fumes.
