About the Role
KBR supports rapid‑response LOGCAP operations for the U.S. Army at NORTHCOM locations, providing scheduled and unscheduled training exercise support. The company’s LOGCAP team has completed another year of service, delivering typical LOGCAP services at two sites. The Operations Coordinator – Document Management will maintain project documentation, ensure accuracy, and meet Close‑as‑You‑Go (CAYG) compliance. Duties include scanning records, uploading files, performing audits, and supporting logistical tasks, with occasional travel to NORTHCOM sites. • Maintain project documentation files, including technical data, engineering drawings, and purchase orders. • Scan physical records and upload electronic files to shared folders. • Conduct document management audits to ensure CAYG compliance. • Lift and pack boxes of physical records into Triwalls. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to communicate Document Management objectives, priorities, and schedules. • Collaborate with Environmental, Safety, and other functional areas for logistical functions. • Develop performance metrics and analyze work processes. • Ensure departmental turn‑in deadlines are met and records remain compliant. • Coordinate material and equipment movement while adhering to safety rules and wearing required PPE.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high‑school diploma or equivalent, have at least three years as the LCV Department point of contact for Document Management, one year on a Close‑out Document Management team, understand Document File Plans, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Preferred experience includes US Government contract closure, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. • Hold a high‑school diploma or equivalent. • Possess at least three years as LCV Department point of contact for Document Management. • Have at least one year on a Close‑out Document Management team. • Understand Document File Plans (DFP) and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Experience with US Government contract closure processes (preferred). • Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels and management. • Self‑directed, detail‑oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
