About the Role

A Driver with a Class B CDL (or higher) is responsible for safely operating a collection truck and delivering courteous, complete waste removal services to customers. The driver must ensure the vehicle meets the company's safety standards before each shift, adhere to all company, state, and federal regulations, and complete daily vehicle condition reports to address defects promptly. Key duties include performing thorough pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, reading route sheets, and operating the truck to service each customer along the assigned route. The driver loads, compacts, and disposes of waste at designated facilities, tags unsatisfactory containers, cleans accidental spills, and keeps the vehicle clean and operational throughout each trip. • Perform pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections for tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, and controls. • Read route sheets, follow maps, and service each customer as assigned. • Operate manual or automatic controls to load, compact, and dispose of waste at designated facilities. • Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers to ensure timely service. • Identify and tag unsatisfactory waste containers according to procedures. • Clean accidental waste spills while adhering to safety standards. • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report defects to minimize downtime. • Complete route, productivity, and vehicle condition reports daily. • Adhere to productivity standards and all safety policies. • Participate actively in the ReSOP safety program. • Provide honest, trustworthy, and professional customer service. • Uphold company policies and avoid inappropriate risks.

What You Bring
