About the Role

The Office Manager also serves as the Local Safety Officer, responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, efficient, and pleasant work environment while ensuring organisational effectiveness and clear communication. As the senior member of the Office Management team, you will lead any other office staff and foster community through local events and initiatives, presenting a professional and friendly company image in a fast‑paced setting. • Maintain a safe, healthy, and efficient office environment as Local Safety Officer. • Lead and supervise office management staff. • Organize and promote community events and initiatives. • Ensure high standards of professional service and company image. • Manage internal communications and coordinate events. • Serve as the knowledge hub for AECOM systems. • Oversee employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes. • Work independently and lead teams without direct supervision. • Provide proven team leadership and customer‑service focus. • Maintain attention to detail and quality standards.

What You Bring
