What You Bring
• Valid Florida real estate license (preferred). • Prior sales or marketing experience in luxury goods or vacation ownership. • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with proven track record. • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. • Strong problem‑solving skills for complex customer service issues in a fast‑paced environment. • Ability to meet compensation plan goals. • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking). • High school diploma or equivalent.
