About the Role
• Prospect new business and identify upsell/renewal opportunities using CoStar’s market data. • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with property managers and owners. • Develop expertise in digital advertising, multifamily trends, and market territory. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive sales revenue and deliver exceptional customer service. • Provide value‑add communication, market insights, and tailored solutions to help clients achieve goals.

What You Bring
• Minimum 2 years of B2B or high‑volume B2C sales experience, preferably in digital marketing/advertising or multifamily. • Proven record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative environment. • Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years relevant multifamily/digital‑marketing experience). • Ability to work full‑time in‑office EST schedule. • Strong data analysis, reporting and strategic recommendation abilities. • Adaptable self‑starter with high organization and attention to detail. • Experience managing the full customer lifecycle and pipeline. • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated strong academic performance.
