The Common Area Attendant is responsible for keeping all public areas, including stairwells, railings, walkways, and trash rooms, spotless and well‑maintained. Ideal candidates possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, can stand and move at a steady pace for up to four hours, and are capable of lifting up to 50 lb while working in confined spaces. A high school diploma or equivalent and prior hospitality experience are preferred. • Positive interpersonal skills with guests and employees • Ability to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for up to 4 hours • Strong organizational skills to balance multiple duties in a fast‑paced environment • Capability to work in limited spaces and promptly reach other departments • Ability to push/pull carts, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lb • High school diploma or equivalent • Prior hospitality experience
