About the Role
The position provides cleaning for all buildings and operational facilities within the plant. The employee stocks cabinets, refrigerators, and other areas with supplies and food items, picks up and delivers meals and other items, and cleans and organizes materials and offices throughout the facility. Key duties include dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors; emptying trash cans and transporting waste and discarded cartons to dumpsters; cleaning bathrooms, break rooms, microwaves, tables, fixtures, chairs, glass windows, and entry/exit rugs; and handling cleaning supplies and equipment such as mops, buckets, vacuums, and rugs. Additional tasks are assigned as needed. • Empty trash cans and transport waste to dumpsters • Clean bathrooms, kitchen/break‑room areas, microwaves, tables, fixtures, chairs, glass windows, and entry/exit rugs • Move and handle cleaning supplies and tools (mops, buckets, vacuums, rugs) • Work in all weather conditions with moderate to high noise levels

What You Bring
The role requires extensive standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting up to 50 lb, and occasional stair climbing. Employees must wear required PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, respirator, safety vest, gloves, and steel‑toe boots. Work is performed in all weather conditions with moderate to high noise levels and exposure to equipment and vehicle traffic. Essential skills include good reading comprehension, teamwork, communication, a commitment to safety, at least 1‑3 years of janitorial experience, reliable transportation, and flexibility. A drug test and background check are required. • Stand, walk, bend, squat, lift up to 50 lb, and occasionally climb stairs • Wear PPE: hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear protection, respirator, safety vest, gloves, steel‑toe boots • Minimum 1‑3 years janitorial experience • Good reading comprehension, teamwork, and communication skills • Pass drug test and background check
