About the Role

The Concierge role leads the front‑desk team and sets new standards for luxury apartment living. As the face of AvalonBay, the Concierge welcomes prospects and residents, monitors foot traffic, implements resident‑satisfaction programs, and collaborates with leasing and maintenance to ensure smooth move‑in, move‑out, and daily experiences. • Tackle new problems and see them through, demonstrating follow‑through and resident care. • Communicate effectively in person and by phone, providing clear information, direction, and quality conversations. • Manage time by juggling multiple tasks and time‑sensitive requests while maintaining composure and positivity. • Remain patient and poised under pressure, delivering excellent service to residents, vendors, and prospects. • Stay organized with phone messages, resident packages, and maintenance requests, escalating as needed.

What You Bring

• Hold a High School diploma or GED. • Possess 1+ years of experience in hotel, retail, or restaurant settings (preferred). • Use administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite proficiently. • Be mobile enough to walk the property and handle packages or deliveries.
