About the Role

The role focuses on generating new sales opportunities and responding to customer order and quotation requests through phone, email, and other electronic communications. The incumbent will work closely with outside salespersons and handle correspondence received by telephone, e‑mail, written, and faxed channels. • Generate new sales opportunities through phone, email, and electronic communication. • Respond to customer orders and quotation requests from multiple channels. • Prospect and qualify leads via outbound calls and emails. • Provide pricing and delivery information to customers. • Procure and maintain inventory while monitoring inventory turns. • Follow up to ensure timely shipment and customer satisfaction. • Resolve customer service issues and track open sales orders. • Maintain strong relationships with vendors.

What You Bring
