About the Role

In this role you will drive product sales growth and territory development across the United States and Canada, supporting the outside sales team and customer base with industry and brand expertise. You will be responsible for demand creation, lead generation, cold‑calling, and converting quotes into orders while managing small non‑strategic accounts. Coordination with field sales, customer care, marketing, and channel partners is essential to deliver exceptional customer value. You will use CRM tools such as Salesforce to set up new accounts, track leads, opportunities, and quotes, and run sales reports that enable more effective agency management. Responsibilities also include organizing technical seminars, ERICO University training sessions, plant visits, and trade‑show activities in partnership with marketing. What You Bring

The ideal candidate has at least three years of technical sales, quoting, or estimating experience, with lightning‑protection knowledge preferred. Ability to work remotely from any US home office and travel 5‑10% nationally, including occasional overnight trips, is required; a valid driver’s license is mandatory.
