About the Role
The role is phone‑based, providing technical support to field engineers and residential customers from an office in the M40 area on a day shift with variable start and finish times, including occasional weekend work. You will act as a liaison to diagnose alarm faults, operate monitoring and programming software, and ensure remote connectivity for field engineers.
