About the Role
Technicians will deliver top‑level service, act as trusted advisors during commissioning and afterward, diagnose facility inefficiencies, provide solutions, upsell when appropriate and generate accurate quotes. • Provide high‑quality service and resolve facility inefficiencies. • Serve as trusted advisor during startup, commissioning and aftermarket support. • Diagnose problems, recommend solutions and identify upsell opportunities. • Prepare and deliver accurate service quotes. • Uphold safety standards and participate in Service Plus Rewards program. • Maintain union membership (or be willing to join United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices). • Troubleshoot and repair centrifugal compressors, steam turbines and screw chillers.

What You Bring
Candidates must be (or be willing to join) the United Association union, have at least three years of hands‑on experience with residential and/or ducted HVAC products, be able to troubleshoot and repair compressors, turbines and screw chillers, travel 10‑20%, pass a knowledge exam, hold EPA refrigerant and driver’s licenses, and possess strong communication and detail‑orientation. • Possess minimum 3 years hands‑on experience with residential, ducted, air‑cooled or water‑cooled HVAC systems. • Travel 10‑20% for customer startup and service calls. • Pass a knowledge examination and hold EPA refrigerant and valid driver’s licenses. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills; detail‑oriented self‑starter.
