Global Expense Management (P Card) Analyst II
Manage corporate cards/P‑Cards, Concur expense support, audits and reporting.

About the Role
The analyst will drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and leverage automation, directly impacting team efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include handling expense support queries, generating reports, processing card requests, managing credit limits, reconciling accounts, and auditing expenses. • Manage expense support mailbox, respond to end‑user queries, and produce ad‑hoc expense reports. • Process new corporate card and P‑Card requests, manage closures, credit limits, and delinquency communications. • Reconcile credit‑card accounts, monitor unsubmitted or unassigned transactions, and address personal or fraudulent expenses. • Conduct expense audits using Oversight Systems to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Monitor overdue expenses, track KPI and SLA performance, and support internal audits and investigations. • Serve as backup for team roles and update standard operating procedures as needed.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, brings at least five years of relevant experience, and possesses strong expertise in Concur Expense Management and audit tools. Excellent communication, confidentiality, and Microsoft Office skills are required, with customer‑service experience considered a plus.
