What You Bring
JLL is seeking a seasoned Senior Architect in Mumbai with 10‑12 years of experience in civil projects and commercial office fit‑outs. The role blends creative vision with technical precision and requires strong client relationships to deliver exceptional workplace environments across the region. • 8‑12 years of experience in greenfield/commercial office interior architecture and design. • Strong portfolio demonstrating workplace design excellence. • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software. • In‑depth knowledge of Mumbai property market, building codes and regulations. • Ability to manage project budgets and deliver cost‑effective solutions. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design or related field. • Willingness to travel regularly for projects. • Experience with multinational clients and global workplace standards. • Knowledge of sustainable design and certifications such as LEED or WELL. • Proven track record of innovative designs that boost productivity.
