About the Role
The role supports the Technical Service Center and Industrial Sales Team by maintaining digital customer records and providing administrative assistance. It serves both internal and external customers while leading process change initiatives and helping onboard new Industrial Sales Coordinators. Key responsibilities include data entry and maintenance in WM systems, handling inbound customer inquiries across multiple channels, and conducting quality assurance reviews. The position also prepares customized bills, correspondence, and complex reports, while identifying and executing process improvements. Although the job does not have formal supervisory duties, the incumbent may act as a team lead, offering daily guidance, handling escalations, and mentoring new hires and other coordinators. • Perform data entry and maintenance in WM tools and systems. • Field and route or resolve inbound customer inquiries (calls, emails, chats, cases). • Conduct quality assurance reviews of data entry and maintenance. • Prepare customized bills, system exports, and various customer letters and correspondence. • Generate complex reports for internal and external customers. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and execute implementations. • Act as interdepartmental liaison to resolve issues and improve partnerships. • Provide daily guidance, escalation handling, and mentorship for Industrial Sales Coordinators. • Monitor queues, planners, cases, and emails; give feedback to ensure quality standards. • Expedite sensitive operational issues and make decisions or inform supervisors as needed. • Participate in special projects and key departmental or divisional initiatives.

What You Bring
Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of relevant experience, and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows. Essential skills include strong reasoning, problem‑solving, written and spoken communication, and basic mathematical abilities. Candidates must be able to use fine motor coordination for keyboarding and related tasks throughout the workday.
