About the Role
Summary: The Project Manager I provides overall management direction on less complex projects, establishes objectives through planning and budgets, serves as the primary client contact, and monitors construction and financial activities with the Superintendent. The role is responsible for the project’s financial results and safety by perpetuating the IIF culture. • Responsible for pre‑construction duties • Coordinate job transition and start‑up process • Manage cost and schedule • Manage cash flow • Oversee work of direct reports • Maintain client relationship • Generate and submit technical records • Support construction of project • Manage project safety and risk management processes • Ensure a safe work environment • Participate in training/certifications

What You Bring
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and four years of experience, or eight years of construction‑related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
