About the Role

The Program Manager is accountable for the management of the Satellite Plant Expansion, overseeing project planning, execution, requirements changes, risk mitigation, and issue tracking to meet organizational objectives. The role ensures that the program scope is delivered within technical, schedule, cost, and quality commitments. It also drives construction and installation activities, including machinery installation, start‑up, and process layout design. The manager assesses and promptly communicates potential impacts of changes, providing recommendations to stakeholders. They lead risk assessment teams, deploy mitigation strategies, and take early decisive action to resolve issues. A robust communications plan is maintained, featuring regular senior‑leader presentations and monthly program metrics reports. The Program Manager participates in annual planning processes such as road‑mapping, water‑lining, and profit planning, aligning projects with CPA strategic plans. They work with product‑line leaders to accurately forecast, monitor, and report program financials, managing the product‑line portfolio within the profit‑plan budget. What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and have at least three years of experience leading programs or projects for engineering or manufacturing teams. Alternatively, a master’s degree in business or engineering combined with six or more years of program‑management leadership is required. Applicants should possess knowledge of program and project management methodologies, processes, and tools. The position requires strong collaborative and cross‑functional abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in diverse cultural settings with global team members.
