About the Role
Step into a pivotal role as a Managing Consultant, Safety, where your expertise shapes advanced environments and transforms industries. You will guide organizations through evolving risk landscapes, strengthen safety cultures, and deliver solutions that protect people while advancing operational performance. Based in the Houston area, you will partner with ERM’s dynamic clients in Redmond and Kirkland to advance robust safety programs across a wide range of critical health and safety disciplines. Your work will strengthen compliance, build safer systems, and drive continuous improvement in both local and global contexts. Applying technical expertise in industrial hygiene, hazard assessments, robotics safety, LOTO, and construction safety, you will coach teams, develop strategies, and support cutting‑edge safety initiatives. Your contributions will be felt across interdisciplinary project teams, helping clients achieve stronger performance and meet business objectives. • Develop and implement H&S programs, OSHA occupational health programs, and safety management systems • Conduct hazard assessments, industrial hygiene, robotics, LOTO, and construction safety analyses • Provide training, field coaching, and targeted EHS assessments to improve client safety performance • Build strong client relationships and ensure high‑quality project deliverables • Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary project teams • Engage in ongoing professional development through internal and external training
