About the Role
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will develop analytical Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate potential ROI and transform those PoCs into sustainable processes that can be adopted across the organization. Solutions will be documented and embedded within the Business Intelligence Analytics Team’s operating framework, turning transactional data into meaningful business insights. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include enhancing the core Tableau platform, translating complex requirements into effective business solutions, and providing specialist guidance on data analysis, reporting, statistical analysis, and data warehousing. The analyst will actively participate in internal and external BI communities and give feedback to fellow analysts and data engineers. • Develop and deliver analytical Proof of Concepts to demonstrate ROI. • Convert PoCs into sustainable, repeatable Business Intelligence processes. • Design and build interactive Tableau dashboards and visualisations. • Utilise Alteryx for data blending, transformation, and workflow automation. • Translate complex business requirements into effective data solutions. • Provide specialist advice on reporting, statistical analysis, and data warehousing. • Apply agile project management methods for iterative delivery. • Participate in Tableau and Alteryx external communities for continuous learning. • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and remote teams to gather requirements.

What You Bring
Success in this role requires strong data visualisation skills, design thinking, and the ability to partner with internal and external customers to translate high‑level business requirements into functional solutions. Agile project management methodology will be used to deliver iterative and collaborative results. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as BI, computer science, econometrics, or statistics, and have at least three years of experience as a BI, business, or data analyst. Proficiency with Tableau, Alteryx, and data‑warehousing technologies like Snowflake or Amazon RDS is required, while knowledge of SPSS, SAS, R, or Python is a plus. • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in BI, computer science, econometrics, or a related field. • Minimum three years’ experience as a BI, business, or data analyst. • Proficiency with data‑warehousing platforms such as Snowflake or Amazon RDS; familiarity with SPSS, SAS, R, or Python is a plus.
