About the Role

As a Field Service Representative, you will provide field service engineering, technical assistance, scheduling, and sales support to customers. You will work on installation, testing, startup, maintenance, repair, training, and modification of electrical power distribution equipment. You will also deliver technical solutions, mentor less‑experienced technicians, and conduct technical training. • Provide field service engineering, technical assistance, scheduling, and sales support. • Perform installation, testing, startup, maintenance, repair, training, and equipment modification. • Deliver technical solutions and mentor junior technicians. • Conduct technical training for customers. • Travel 50–75% to customer sites using a company vehicle; maintain a valid unrestricted driver’s license.

What You Bring

The role requires a diploma or degree in an electrical field from an accredited institution or a Journeyman licence, and a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation. Candidates must have at least three years of experience servicing electrical distribution or control systems, be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship, and possess a valid unrestricted driver’s license. Travel to customer sites comprises 50‑75% of the time using a company vehicle, and experience with protective relays and power‑quality measurements, troubleshooting, and analysis is preferred. • Hold a diploma/degree in an electrical field or Journeyman licence. • Possess Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) certification. • Minimum three years' experience with electrical distribution or control systems. • Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship. • Preferred experience with protective relays and power‑quality measurement, troubleshooting, and analysis.
