Job Highlights
About the Role
• Administer HR plans, programs, and procedures. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. • Provide legal guidance and consult with HR Operations, Legal, and external counsel as needed. • Advise management to boost employee engagement, productivity, morale, retention, and experience. • Lead immigration, safety, system implementations, and HR projects. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to hire qualified candidates, including hard‑to‑fill engineering roles. • Manage HR administrative tasks such as personnel data, annual reviews, TMP, bonuses, and reporting. • Oversee new‑employee orientation, maintain records, and monitor engagement. • Deliver training on policies, compliance, and supervisor/manager development. • Resolve employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and implement interventions. • Process terminations, conduct exit interviews, and analyze turnover trends for mitigation. • Drive performance review process, support communication, coordinate improvement plans, and manage disciplinary actions. • Participate in group HR initiatives and collaborate on policy and program development. • Uphold ethical practices, integrity, and confidentiality of sensitive information. • May supervise site HR and/or administrative staff.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required. • Minimum five years of HR leadership experience. • Hands‑on experience with talent programs and initiatives preferred. • HR certification preferred. • Proven expertise in relationship management. • Development coaching and relationship management skills. • Organized, detail‑oriented, and drives work to closure. • Credible advisor, flexible collaborator, and problem‑solver. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
