About the Role
The MEP Project Manager will provide professional project‑management expertise for designated projects at The Vanguard Group site in Malvern, PA, focusing on installing and replacing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure and building envelopes. The role coordinates with client representatives, property‑management teams, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include managing MEP and building‑envelope projects across Malvern, PA; Charlotte, NC; and Phoenix, AZ, developing schedules, budgets, and client‑driven goals, preparing RFPs, selecting vendors, and overseeing risk mitigation. The manager also leads critical meetings, ensures compliance with contracts and regulations, and mentors JLL staff on best‑practice methodologies. • Oversee MEP infrastructure and building envelope projects across multiple sites, ensuring schedule and budget compliance. • Develop and maintain detailed project budgets and master schedules using historical and market data. • Lead client and stakeholder coordination, building rapport and clarifying project scope and deliverables. • Prepare RFPs, manage vendor and contractor selection, and monitor contract compliance. • Facilitate critical project meetings, disseminate responsibilities, and track performance against milestones. • Identify and mitigate risks, reporting potential liabilities to management. • Train and mentor JLL team members on project management procedures and best practices. • Ensure accounts receivable stay within approved working capital limits.

What You Bring
The position operates in a professional office environment with standard equipment and requires on‑site presence in Malvern, PA, with occasional travel to other locations. Visa sponsorship is not provided, and candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. • Demonstrate client focus, communication proficiency, relationship management, leadership, multitasking, technical proficiency, consultation, organization, and time management. • Hold a B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineering, Architecture, or related field. • Possess at least 5 years of engineering/construction project management experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. • Experience with commercial interior fit‑outs and utility installations preferred. • Ability to read construction specifications and drawings; proficient in MS Office Suite.
