What You Bring

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work, solves problems, and thrives in a team environment. The role includes HVAC repairs, cleaning and replacements; plumbing repairs, part replacements and fixture installations; carpentry tasks such as doors, shelves, countertops and locks; painting, drywall and plaster work; electrical and appliance maintenance; and servicing machinery like chillers, belts, pumps and fans. Providing exceptional customer service is a core responsibility, along with any other duties assigned. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in commercial property or multi‑unit residential settings; a high school diploma or GED is required, though 3–4 years of relevant experience can substitute for education. Preferred certifications include HVAC, electrical or plumbing, and a valid driver’s license may be needed depending on property needs. Required skills are self‑motivation, teamwork, strong communication, attention to detail, customer service orientation and personal accountability, with weekend work possible. • 2+ years experience in commercial or multi‑unit residential property • High school diploma or GED (or 3–4 years relevant experience) • Preferred certifications: HVAC, electrical, plumbing • Valid driver’s license may be required • Demonstrate self‑motivation, teamwork, communication, and attention to detail • Available to work weekends as needed
