About the Role
In this role, the lead will oversee a team of analysts, analyze data from diverse collection methods, produce high‑priority intelligence products, and provide expert analysis of global political, military, and economic developments. The leader will advise senior leadership on intelligence trends, tackle complex problems with creative solutions, and collaborate with interagency and international partners to close intelligence gaps while driving innovative ideas at both tactical and strategic levels. • Lead a team of 3+ multi‑disciplinary language analysts. • Analyze data from various collection methods and produce high‑priority intelligence products. • Provide expert analysis of global political, military, and economic developments. • Advise senior leadership on intelligence trends, risks, and opportunities. • Collaborate with interagency and international partners to address intelligence gaps.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent intelligence experience, at least ten years of related experience, five years of SIGINT analysis, Mandarin proficiency (DLPT 4/4 or equivalent), and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Desired qualifications include CompTIA Security+ certification, cybersecurity or information assurance education, superior written and oral communication, attention to detail, and demonstrated personnel and leadership management skills. • Possess at least 10 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. • Minimum 5 years of SIGINT analysis experience. • Mandarin Chinese proficiency with DLPT 4/4 or equivalent. • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required. • Desired: CompTIA Security+ certification and cybersecurity/Information Assurance education. • Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail. • Demonstrated personnel management and leadership experience.
