About the Role

Key responsibilities include developing coordinated 3D plumbing system models in Revit and Fabrication CADmep that adhere to company and project standards. The detailer will collaborate with the lead detailer and project team to resolve clashes using Navisworks Manage, and generate shop drawings, spool sheets, and installation details for field and prefabrication use. Additionally, the role requires incorporating design intent drawings, specifications, and field input into constructable models. • Develop 3D plumbing models in Revit and Fabrication CADmep. • Resolve model clashes using Navisworks Manage. • Produce shop drawings, spool sheets, and installation details. • Integrate design intent, specifications, and field input into models.

What You Bring

Candidates must have working knowledge of plumbing and mechanical system design, layout, and installation practices, and be proficient in Navisworks Manage, Fabrication CADmep, AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, and Revit. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam for documentation and markups is required, along with the ability to follow directions from senior detailers while maintaining attention to detail. Construction field installation or prefabrication/shop experience is highly preferred, and strong problem‑solving skills with a willingness to continuously learn are essential. • Proficient in Navisworks Manage, CADmep, AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam. • Prior construction field or prefabrication experience preferred. • Strong problem‑solving ability and continuous learning mindset.
