About the Role

The AR Collection Team Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end management of the collection process, developing and leading a team, and building strong relationships with commercial stakeholders. The role emphasizes a culture of growth, data‑driven performance management and continuous improvement while maintaining a relentless focus on service delivery. Key responsibilities include coordinating daily task prioritisation and workload balance, driving performance through data‑based insights, providing clear updates to internal and external stakeholders, overseeing escalation handling and coaching, and ensuring risk, compliance and control procedures are upheld throughout the AR collection process. • Coordinate daily AR collection tasks, balancing workload and matching skills. • Drive team performance using data insights and engagement strategies. • Communicate regular updates to internal/external stakeholders and leadership. • Monitor and coach team on escalation handling to improve proficiency. • Maintain AR collection controls, procedures, and compliance. • Lead a collection team and achieve KPI targets. • Coach, develop, and motivate team members. • Manage operational stakeholder relationships. • Resolve conflicts and manage change effectively. • Apply proactive mindset, decisive decision-making, and accountability. • Provide constructive feedback and foster a safe growth environment.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field and bring over ten years of GBS or BPO experience, including expert knowledge of invoice‑to‑cash cycles, resource planning, and SAP ERP. Required competencies encompass strong communication, influencing, analytical and problem‑solving skills, proactive and accountable decision‑making, and the ability to coach, develop and create a safe environment for team growth; a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is desirable. • Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. • Possess 10+ years experience in GBS or BPO environments. • Demonstrate expert knowledge of invoice-to-cash processes and accounting. • Experience in resource planning, scheduling, and workflow management. • Proficient with SAP ERP; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt desirable. • Exhibit strong communication, influencing, and cross-cultural skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous-improvement abilities. • Fluent in English (bilingual preferred).
