About the Role
• Lead design of rail stations, depots, and related facilities. • Integrate architectural plans with engineering systems and environmental requirements. • Conduct client meetings and present design concepts and progress updates. • Ensure designs comply with local and international rail standards and regulations. • Mentor junior architects and design teams, promoting excellence and innovation. • Implement quality assurance processes for design and documentation. • Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to resolve construction-phase design issues. • Stay updated on emerging rail architecture trends and technologies.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (master’s preferred) and is a licensed architect or engineer. You bring at least ten years of experience leading large‑scale rail projects, advanced knowledge of rail systems, proficiency in CAD tools, strong project management abilities, and excellent communication skills. • Licensed architect or engineer with a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. • 10+ years of experience leading large‑scale rail architecture projects. • Advanced knowledge of rail infrastructure design, track, signaling, and electrification. • Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD and Revit. • Strong project management and ability to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects. • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences. • Familiarity with international rail standards and Middle‑East project experience. • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
