About the Role

The Senior Project Manager role is based in Bhopal or Amritsar and is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. The incumbent will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to execute projects according to plan. In this role the manager will lead end‑to‑end project planning, develop schedules and budgets, and coordinate with all stakeholders. They will oversee civil, structural, mechanical and electrical works, ensuring adherence to industry standards and GMP. The manager must ensure compliance with food safety regulations (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP) and maintain a safe construction site, while handling vendor negotiations, contracts, BOQs, and contractor performance. Acting as the primary liaison, they will interact with management, investors, regulatory authorities, and production teams, and use basic MSP knowledge to track project progress from inception to completion. • Lead end‑to‑end project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. • Oversee civil, structural, mechanical and electrical construction ensuring GMP and industry standards. • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP) and maintain site safety. • Manage vendor negotiations, contracts, BOQs and monitor contractor performance. • Act as primary liaison with management, investors, regulators and production teams. • Utilize basic MSP skills to track project progress from start to completion.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a B.E. or B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and possess at least 15 years of experience in Food & Beverage, bottling plant, PEB, or manufacturing projects. A proven track record of delivering at least one full‑cycle project in these sectors is required, along with deep knowledge of F&B regulatory requirements, food‑grade construction materials, and hygienic plant design. • Minimum 15 years experience in F&B, bottling, PEB or manufacturing plant projects. • Completed at least one full‑cycle project in the relevant sector. • B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). • Strong knowledge of F&B regulatory requirements, food‑grade materials, and hygienic plant design.
