About the Role

The Mechatronics & Robotics Technician supports the Operations Maintenance Team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building, and by installing, maintaining, and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. • Promote safety by following all safety procedures. • Perform preventative maintenance routines and document all tasks. • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on material handling equipment. • Create, assign, and close work orders, tracking labor hours, parts used, and inventory. • Mentor junior technicians to support their growth. • Maintain positive working relationships across the operations facility.

What You Bring

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience repairing material handling equipment or automated conveyor systems, experience with predictive and preventative maintenance, and the ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics; proficiency with a CMMS and Microsoft Office tools, plus flexible schedule availability, are also required. Physical demands include reaching overhead, kneeling, squatting, climbing ladders or aerial lifts, and regularly lifting up to 50 lb, while wearing required personal protective equipment and working in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of MHE repair experience. • Read blueprints and electrical schematics (1+ year experience). • Proficient with a Computerized Maintenance Management System and Microsoft Office Suite. • Preferred: Associate degree in mechanical or electrical field, knowledge of OEM safety standards, and experience with robotic operation and maintenance. • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, reach overhead, kneel, climb ladders, and use an aerial lift while wearing required PPE.
