About the Role
The Porter is an on‑site groundskeeper responsible for daily cleaning, trash removal, mopping, and upkeep of assigned areas, ensuring the property remains tidy and presentable for residents and guests. • Complete daily groundskeeping checklists • Maintain exterior cleanliness and curb appeal • Upkeep landscaping between third‑party service visits • Clean and sweep swimming pools as needed • Arrange property furniture per direction • Keep all amenity spaces clean and presentable throughout the day • Ensure product presentation meets brand standards • Assist with move‑outs, turn‑overs, and move‑ins beyond regular hours

What You Bring
