About the Role
CMFAs prepare debt sizing analyses, build valuation and financing models in Excel and Argus, and evaluate rent rolls and operating statements to assess feasibility. They review lease agreements, loan documents, and appraisals for inconsistencies, develop pro‑forma statements, and conduct market feasibility research. The analyst also gathers and verifies due‑diligence materials, creates formal offering memoranda with charts and graphics, and provides weekly updates to senior brokers. Benefits
Compensation ranges from $70,304 to $75,500, with pay reflecting location, experience, and collective bargaining status, and the company guarantees at least the minimum wage.
