What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with trade school or equivalent training preferred, and possess three to five years of experience working on diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment such as generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas machinery. Successful mechanics will bring advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, be able to provide their own tools if required, adapt to fast‑changing priorities, and may need bilingual (Spanish or other) communication skills depending on the location. Veterans with transferable skills from a wide range of MOS, AFSC, and NEC codes are welcomed, and related experience may include shop mechanic, service foreman, diesel technician, hydraulic specialist, among others. • Build skills on a variety of makes, models, and equipment. • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced setting. • Utilize bilingual (Spanish or other) communication as needed by location. • Meet physical demands: bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 lb or more; work indoors and outdoors. • Hold a high school diploma or GED; trade school training is a plus. • Possess 3‑5 years of experience with diesel, heavy, or specialty equipment.
