About the Role

Key duties include cross‑training on various assembly stations, mentoring new hires, recognizing and reporting non‑conforming parts, and actively suggesting improvements to equipment, designs, or processes to enhance safety, quality, and throughput. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, have at least two years of heavy‑duty equipment assembly or comparable mechanical experience, and be able to lift and carry up to 50 lb regularly. Preferred qualifications include passing the Assembly 1 competency assessment, proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems, strong mechanical aptitude, effective communication in English, and a high school diploma or GED. • Demonstrate strong mechanical skills, the ability to lift 50 lb frequently, and effective problem‑solving in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting. • Hold a high school diploma or GED and possess at least two years of heavy‑duty equipment assembly or relevant mechanical experience. • Communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal, and collaborate effectively within a team.
