About the Role
• Provide tools, training, and development programs for success • Exceed growth targets and performance KPIs in assigned territory • Execute Reliance’s 6‑step sales process to build and sustain a pipeline • Develop, propose, and close winning account strategies for new and existing Home Builder customers • Serve as primary contact for assigned Key Account customers, delivering sales support • Utilize CRM to record pipeline activity and maximize performance outcomes • Analyze competitive landscape to enhance sales strategies • Report sales pipeline progress for forecasting and large‑deal planning • Collaborate cross‑functionally to align account strategies with organizational goals • Facilitate implementation of new agreements and opportunities with existing customers • Participate in industry events and tradeshows to network and identify market trends • Provide exceptional service to new and existing customers • Maintain in‑depth knowledge of Reliance’s Home Builder value proposition

What You Bring
• Minimum 5+ years B2B direct sales experience • 2+ years enterprise account management and new customer acquisition success • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and metrics • Strong leadership and influencing skills without authority • Superior communication and interpersonal abilities • Strategic, critical thinker and adaptable problem‑solver • Ability to thrive in a cross‑functional collaborative environment • HVAC industry knowledge or experience is an asset
