About the Role

The Pickle Line Tandem Cold Mill Lead provides leadership for safety, operations, and continuous improvement within the Pickle Line Tandem Cold Mill department. • Lead safety initiatives and enforce safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards. • Oversee operations and maintenance of the Pickle Line Tandem Cold Mill and related equipment. • Drive process improvements, coordinate quality efforts, and implement cost‑reduction strategies.

What You Bring

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; candidates must demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Minimum qualifications include two years of experience in cold rolling and/or pickle line operations in a sheet mill and five years of experience in manufacturing and/or construction. Preferred qualifications are prior leadership or supervisory experience and sheet‑mill quality inspection experience.
